How much will it cost to ship my package?
We ship via the USPS. You can calculate shipping from your cart by clicking on the "Estimate Shipping and Taxes" button and inputting the appropriate information.
When will my order ship?
We make every effort to ship your order within 24 hours of receipt. If for any reason we are experiencing production delays which would prevent us from shipping within this time frame, we'll notify you with the option of "pre-ordering" from the batch that's currently being formulated. When we notify you, we'll give you a firm ship date based on back orders so you'll know when your items will be delivered. You may also cancel your order if this future ship date doesn't meet with your requirements.
Where do you ship to?
At this time, we ship to the US and Canada only.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns only if products are damaged during shipping. We offer sample sizes for purchase so you can try our fragrances without purchasing full-sized bottles.
Please inspect your products for damage upon delivery. If you notice any damage or believe a product is defective, you must contact us no later than 5 days from delivery to qualify for a refund or exchange. You must return products to us within 10 days of delivery with the original shipping box, packing materials and a copy of the shipping invoice. Refunds will only be issued in the same form as was used for payment.
Only products purchased through our site may be returned to us-- products purchased through any other outlet are subject to the return policies applicable to such outlets. To alert us to a damaged/defective product, please email Customer Service as soon as possible after receipt at email@example.com.
